The Royal Welsh Agricultural Society has played a leading role in the development of agriculture and the rural economy in Wales since its formation in 1904.
With its objectives to serve the best interests of the Welsh Agriculture industry, members play a vital role in ensuring the society provides support for businesses, social welfare and education in rural communities throughout Wales.
An essential part of the Royal Welsh ethos, members can be proud of the fact that they are supporting the charitable aims of the society. These are delivered through providing awards, bursaries and scholarships, along with organising and staging our three society events; the Smallholding and Countryside Festival, the Royal Welsh Show and the Winter Fair.
The society’s events illustrates the worth of the wider agricultural industry, celebrating and combining all elements of food and farming in one place. With the industry facing significant challenges, there has never been a more important time to show your solidarity and become a member of the society.
Along with a host of member benefits, your membership will support the society in its aim to promote the very best of Welsh agriculture and ensure the longevity of our much loved events.
