The Royal Welsh Agricultural Society has played a leading role in the development of agriculture and the rural economy in Wales for over a century, since its formation in 1904.
Today our work includes providing support for business, social welfare and education in rural communities, and the organisation and staging of our ever-popular society events; the Smallholding and Countryside Festival, the Royal Welsh Show and the Winter Fair.

If you would like to exhibit at the festival, please either download one of the Festival application forms or email your postal address and we will forward you the application pack.
Exhibitors who attended the 2019 festival will automatically be given the opportunity to re book the same space for our up coming event (if possible).
Potential new exhibitors should not assume they have been allocated a stand until they have received confirmation by way of written invoice/receipt from the society.
Not sure whether you would like to exhibit with us, take a look at our Visitor Profile to find our more.
The focus of the Food Hall at the Smallholding & Countryside Festival will remain firmly on artisan products from small independent producers from Wales and the Border Counties. There will also be a separate Street Food Area where visitors will be able to purchase food and drink for consumption on the premises with a dedicated seating area.
