SHOWGROUND

The 150 acre Royal Welsh Showground is open all year round. We host an array of exciting events set against the spectacular views of the Welsh countryside.

The Showground boasts many different venues catering for a variety of occasions such as weddings, business meetings, conferences, concerts, exhibitions and much more.

The 2022 Royal Welsh Show will be held on 18 – 21 July!

The Royal Welsh Show has a huge range of commercial opportunities for companies with products including agriculture, automotive, arts & crafts, health and beauty, pet supplies, gardening accessories, all sorts of products for the home and much much more.

Tradestands – Booking & Prices

Existing tradestand exhibitors:

Tradestand booking forms
Tradestand forms can be downloaded at the bottom of this page. These include electric and Wi-Fi order forms, details of ticket allocation, set-up and breakdown times and our rules and regulations.

Change to stand location or size
Existing exhibitors looking to move stand positions or change stand size, should highlight this on their booking forms outlining preferences.

New exhibitors

  • To apply for trade stand space, please complete and return the booking form which is available from the download at the bottom of  this page.
  • Please include photos or leaflets of your products to help us process applications.
  • Returning an application form does not mean you have booked space, please wait to hear back from us for confirmation.
  • Existing exhibitors are offered first refusal before space is offered to new exhibitors after April 30th.
  • There’s no deadline to applying for space but we would advise applying early.
  • We accept applications until we are fully booked.

Catering & Bar Concessions

  • Catering for consumption & bar concessions at the show is not classed as a trade stand but as a catering/bar concession.
  • Please be aware that we are fully booked for catering & bar concessions for 2022

Food trade stands

  • Exhibitors selling food and drink to take home and consume at home, are classed as a trade stand.
  • Free sampling is permitted but only 1 small bite size of food per person and small 10ml drink per person. Full size samples are not permitted.

Facts for Traders
A major marketing and PR campaign is planned to appeal to target audiences: farmers and the general consumer. Please see the below visitor profile to give you an idea of who attends the Show.

EXHIBITING IN THE FOOD HALL

The Food Hall prides itself on displaying produce that is grown, developed, packaged or produced in Wales.

As in previous years the Welsh Government will be operating a Business Trade Lounge in the first floor area of the Food Hall which will be available for all exhibitors. More detailed information will be provided to successful exhibitors.

Please note your company has to be based in Wales to exhibit within this hall.
